Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we inform you that the personal data you provide to Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l., by submitting your CV and/or application form in electronic format, during a selection interview, aptitude tests, or during related activities, will be entered into the company database and processed using computerized or manual procedures by us and our subsidiaries.
The processing and collection of your data will be carried out for the purposes set out in Legislative Decree No. 276 of September 10, 2003, for the activities contemplated therein, and may include all the operations envisaged in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a) of the aforementioned law. It will be performed for the specific purposes related to, and in any case connected to, the search, selection, and management of any future employment relationship in the employment sector you have highlighted or the subject of the search and selection.
Your personal data may be disclosed – even partially anonymized – for the same purposes to all our client or user companies in the sector being researched and selected, in order to evaluate the possible establishment of a temporary and/or permanent employment relationship or direct hiring, as well as to our subsidiaries and to persons specifically appointed by Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l. who provide data processing or consultancy services to the company, or who otherwise carry out activities that are instrumental, complementary, and functional to that of our Company, in Italy and abroad, including outside the EU.
As part of the selection process for specific professional profiles, Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l. will disclose the personal data of its candidates to external parties, who will become independent Data Controllers as part of their recruitment activities.
Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1, letters b) and c) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that providing Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l. with relevant personal data is not required by law. However, your refusal to provide such data may make it impossible for the company, given the relationship between the data and the company’s specific selection needs, to properly assess your position for the purposes of the selection process and, consequently, to process your application.
We hereby specify that personal data is collected in accordance with Article 113 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and requested exclusively for the purposes of selecting and evaluating candidates in order to enter their professional profile into the Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l. Candidate Database. Processing is carried out exclusively through directly appointed personnel.
The relevant Candidate evaluation, in any case, refers solely to information collected directly from the candidate regarding their education, training, previous experience, and anything else relevant to their profile.
Your data will be processed and retained by the company for a maximum period of 6 months from the date of submission of your CV or the conclusion of any further selection procedures, if any. A longer period may be granted if your professional profile presents characteristics of particular interest for further selection.
Article 7 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree grants you specific rights. Specifically, you may obtain from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning you and communication in an intelligible form of such data and its origin, as well as the logic and purposes underlying the processing. Furthermore, you may request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the updating, rectification, or, if you have an interest in doing so, integration of the data. You may object to the processing for legitimate reasons. For each access request, the interested party may be required to pay a fee not exceeding the actual costs incurred, unless the existence of personal data concerning you is confirmed.
In compliance with Article 8 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, you may request deletion either verbally at our headquarters and/or branches, or in writing, including by sending an email directly to our headquarters at rives@rives.it.
Any sensitive data will be immediately deleted unless you provide a written consent to its processing by Rives Colors & Decorations s.r.l. and its client companies as described above.
Pursuant to art. 10 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, finally, by giving your consent, you may receive updates on Kelly Services initiatives and future recruitment opportunities via email and SMS.
