Elastix is a two-component, water-based, elastic, fiber-reinforced skim coat, suitable for waterproofing walls, balconies, swimming pools, tubs, concrete surfaces, and screeds. Its high content of premium acrylic resins, special additives, selected aggregates, and synthetic fibers provides excellent adhesion to all masonry and concrete surfaces.
The product is ideal for grouting the joints between Lecce stone tiles installed on terraces. Once dry, its waterproofing and elasticity make Elastix skim coat particularly suitable for protecting any surface exposed to heavy rainfall and the chemical attack of disintegrating salts and chlorides.
Excellent for sealing settlement cracks, it is particularly effective for leveling depressions and creating, with multiple layers, any slopes.
