Water-based quartz-based siloxane paint for exteriors. It offers excellent adhesion to the substrate and maximum protection against mold, moss, and salts. It also has excellent breathability and resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays.

Fibre-reinforced elastomeric water-based paint, particularly suitable for damaged and micro-cracked surfaces, characterised by excellent filling power thanks to the presence of selected and very fine quartz which allows any slight irregularities in the substrate to be hidden.
The elastomeric binder, combined with synthetic fibers and lamellar aggregates, allows for the application of a tightly woven, compact film that adheres to the substrate.
Due to these characteristics, Magnum Quarz Plus is particularly suitable for the most adverse climates, also thanks to its protective and preventive action against moss, algae, lichens, and mold.
MAGNUM QUARZ PLUS how to apply:
Smooth finish.: mix the product thoroughly, dilute it with 25-35% by volume of pure water and apply it using a brush or roller; after 3 to 4 hours, proceed with the second coat
Pitted finish: make a first coat using the procedure for smooth finish then, dilute the product to 1-2% by volume with pure water and apply a second coat using a sponge roller evenly and work it in until the fine peel effect is obtained.
