Resistance: attic recovery 16th century building
Starting condition
An ancient property built in the 1500s presented a critical situation. The solar pavement was seriously compromised due to cracks and seepage spread over the entire surface.
Solution
The great strength of Elastix made it possible to consolidate and permanently insulate the entire treated surface by shielding it from infiltration and restoring it in the most compromised parts.
Versatility: tile porch with seepage
Starting condition
The tiled veranda had seepage and cracks in several places that had initiated a deterioration process of the affected floor slab, with a hazardous condition extended to the load-bearing walls and the general healthiness of the building.
Solution
The great versatility of Elastix made it possible to treat a smooth surface that, with the combined treatment of two coats of product and a consolidating mesh, was transformed into a walkable, waterproofed surface.
